Service description

InfluenceAgentAI helps teams discover creators, import contacts, generate AI outreach messages, run email campaigns, track replies, and measure campaign performance. Features and usage limits depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for outreach sent through your account and must comply with anti-spam, privacy, and platform rules applicable to your campaigns.
• You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass billing limits, scrape unrelated data, or interfere with other users.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select. Fees are processed by our payment provider. Usage quotas reset per billing period as described on the pricing page. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and our support policy.

AI-generated content

AI outputs are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them and for ensuring they are accurate and appropriate for your audience.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to data retention described in our Privacy Policy.
